Property was beautifully kept, with professional staff and unbeatable location near everything in the centre. Our room was functional and top-notch on the 8th floor and the buffet breakfast offered has variety of dishes.

The breakfast should of been included.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a great area, near main bars and major transportation links and train. I was met by informative and kind staff at the reception. The English breakfast was sensational and included exceptional pastries, fruit, yoghourt, cheese and porridge.

It was surely a nice stay. The place was tidy and staff were immensely pleasant, I liked super location. Breakfast was light, slices of fresh bread, pastries, jam, fruit and scrambled eggs.

Wi-Fi was very poor, extremely poor views.

A LOW COST hotel, my first choice in Leeds. I liked the place, everything was perfect. The rooms were brand-new overall. Fabulous staff, location next to bars and restaurants. Also, Space was max 20 minutes walk to.

It was very relaxing time in Leeds. Staff were eager to help and accommodated all our queries. We had a magnificent ocean view and a good bed. The hotel had aquarium in the lobby. It was in a unique location, good for short stay.
